Greystone GT made it two British GT Championship podium finishes in as many events with a deserved third-place finish in the Silver-Am class at the series’ showpiece race, the Silverstone 500, on Sunday. Aberdeen-based duo Lewis and Stewart Proctor achieved the result with a mistake-free performance aboard the team’s McLaren 720S GT3 to finish eighth overall and record Greystone GT’s maiden outright top-10 finish in the series at the team's home circuit.

Greystone GT scored a magnificent GT Cup race win at Brands Hatch as Mark Hopton and and co-driver Euan Hankey climbed to the top step of the podium for the first time. With Phillip Carter and Michael Broadhurst making it a double podium in the GTH category in the final race of the weekend and Iain Campbell and Oli Webb bagging a brace of third places in GT3, the Silverstone-based team took its best-ever podium haul.

Greystone GT scored a sensational maiden outright GT Cup victory as the 2022 season kicked off with four action-packed races at Donington Park. Drivers Iain Campbell and Oli Webb, whose last race for the team was a victorious GT4 campaign in January’s Gulf 12 Hours, were simply magnificent as they raced the McLaren 720S GT3 for the first time and bagged the landmark result for the Silverstone-based team.
