WELCOME!

We would like to extend a warm Greystone GT welcome to you for our first Donington Park Supercar Trackday of 2025, we’re confident that you will thoroughly enjoy our annual visit to this fantastic circuit. Below you will find all the important information about the event, please take the time to read this before arriving.

GETTING THERE

Donington Park, Castle Donington, Derby, DE74 2RP

ACCESS

We have added your name to our guest list, on arrival at the circuit you will need to give your name to the security guards who will then guide you towards the main paddock area

ABOUT YOUR DAY

23.05.2025

  • 08:00: Gates Open - Parking attendants will direct you to your allocated parking

  • 08:30: Sign On & Welcome Briefing in Greystone GT Hospitality

  • 09:00: Sighting Laps & Morning Sessions

  • 12:30: 2 Course Hospitality Lunch in Garage 39 Restaurant

  • 13:30: Track Opens for Afternoon Sessions

  • 17:00: Finish

DRIVER REGISTRATION

All drivers must register online before arriving at the circuit, preferably by the end of day on 22 May, using the link below

  • On 23 May, from 08:00 onwards, all drivers must collect their wristband from the Greystone GT Hospitality Garage

  • All drivers must present their current valid drivers licence when collecting wristband

  • A welcome and and safety briefing will be given before commencing track sessions

HOSPITALITY LOUNGE & REFRESHMENTS

Greystone GT Hospitality Lounge

We are delighted to offer our Greystone GT hospitality lounge. We look forward to offering you a warm welcome where you can make the most of our complimentary Greystone GT Barista along with soft drinks.

Greystone GT reception hosts are available all day in the lounge to assist with enquiries

Lunch will be served in Garage 39 Restaurant

PRO DRIVER INSTRUCTORS

Our Greystone GT professional pro driver instructors are available for 121 tuition. These can be booked in 45 minutes sessions. Please contact us using the details below or visit our reception host at the hospitality lounge

  • x1 45 minute session - £150

  • x2 45 mintes sessions £300

  • Full Day £600

WHAT TO WEAR

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Trousers and long sleeves clothings is required when driving on track. Heels are not permitted.

Helmets are mandatory on track, please bring one with you.

If you don not have a helmet, they will be available to borrow.

NOISE LIMIT

This event has a 98dB driveby noise limit, as specified by Donington Park Circuit. This noise limit should be fine for any unmodified road cars. If your car has a modified exhaust it may not pass the noise limit and may be refused entry by the circuit officials. If you have any questions please contact us in advance.

Pirelli

Pre-order tyres

We are delighted to say we will have a Pirelli tyre fitting service on site at the event who will be offering the chance to purchase tyres at a special event rate, and we advise that you pre-order tyres for use should you need them. You will only be charged for tyres if you use them. Tyres should be pre-ordered by Tuesday 20th May and will be subject to availability.

The circuit self-service fuel station will be open all day for card payments only. 97 octane fuel is available
