Greystone GT are track operations organiser for our own Super Car Track Day along side a corporate track event for Prosource, also operated by Greystone GT.

The day is split into sessions, for the Super Car Track Day and for Greystone GT Race cars. See Timetable.

Greystone GT Super Car Track Day

An exclusive trackday experience to invited guests only. Greystone GT will be running the track activities and guest experience. Each day will include morning and afternoon sessioned track activity, hospitality, catering and instructor sessions.

  • Companions: 7

  • The driver briefing will be done inside the Greystone GT Hospitality Lounge

  • Driver tuition can booked. Bookings to be made at reception desk

  • Tyre bookings are available – subject to availability. Pre-orders have been made and should be directed to Gareth.

  • Lunch sitting for guests will be organised, from 12.30pm in Garage 39

  • The chief instructor for the event is Rob Jenks on behalf of Greystone GT.

McLaren Owners Club

Mclaren owners club have been offered the opportunity to join Greystone GT at our Track event to enjoy hospitality only along with a lunchtime track parade at 12:30. Guest package includes:

  • Use off hospitality

  • 2 course lunch

  • Track Parade at 12.30

TIMETABLE


PIRELLI

We are delighted to say we will have a Pirelli tyre fitting service on site at the event who will be offering the chance to purchase tyres at a special event rate, and we advise that you pre-order tyres for use should you need them. You will only be charged for tyres if you use them. Tyres should be pre-ordered by Wednesday the 14th August and will be subject to availability.

Team kit MUST be kept in clean and presentable condition at all times. If you require any new or replacement kit at any stage of the season please let Louise know ASAP

Please make sure that ALL uniform is returned and signed back into Louise at the end of the event. Uniform does not need to be cleaned. 


STAFF CODE OF CONDUCT

Please remember to:

  • Be polite at all times

  • Use the PPE provided

  • Speak to potential customers as you wish to be spoken to

  • No smoking in front of guests or whilst on duty

  • Do not look for future business or sponsorship opportunities or give out your personal details for this purpose

  • Keep hydrated – very important if the weather is hot

  • Wear sunscreen in the sun

  • Please take any personal mobile phone calls or conversations in a private and non-customer facing area
