WHAT TO EXPECT AT A GREYSTONE GT TRACKDAY
When you join a Greystone GT trackday, you will be able to drive your supercar on some of the most enjoyable and iconic circuits in the UK. Whether you are a seasoned trackday driver, or are venturing onto the circuit for the very first time, you will find our highly experienced event staff will guide you every step of the way. You will also be surrounded by like-minded supercar owners and we hope that, as well as the driving activities, you will enjoy the friendly and social environment that prevails amongst the owner community.
When you arrive at the track you will be greeted at reception, and every events starts with a welcome and safety briefing. During the briefing you will be introduced to our event team and our Senior Instructor will talk about the details of the day's activities, including the rules that are put in place to maximise the safety of our customers and their cars.
All drivers will then be invited to participate in some "sighting laps" in their cars. These relatively slow laps, during which overtaking is not allowed, allow drivers to become acclimatised to the circuit and the conditions before the track opens fully for the morning session.
From then on you will have unlimited access to the circuit, except for the lunch break, allowing you to complete as many laps as you desire. Throughout the day our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be on hand to offer assistance and advice to ensure you enjoy the event to the full.
Greystone GT trackdays are non-competitive events that allow you to enjoy your car in a relaxed environment. Lap timing and racing are not allowed but, if you are interested in becoming involved in competitive motor racing, then please let us know and we can offer you the relevant advice and guidance.
